MEMORIAL DAY!

Memorial Day is a United States Federal Holiday that is observed on the last Monday of May. It was formerly known as Decoration Day. This holiday commemorates U.S. men and women who have died for their country during the war. Many people celebrate this by visiting cemeteries and memorials. Another tradition is to fly the U.S. flag at half-staff from dawn until noon local time. Some people place an American flag upon each grave site of those who died during the war. Memorial Day is also a time for picnics, barbecues, family gatherings, and even sport events.

So, have fun on Memorial Day.

LONG WEEKEND!

It will be a long weekend for me. Monday the 26th is Memorial Day. I got 3 day rest. Good for me. After all those hard works that I’ve done during the week, I deserve to have long weekend. As of now I really don’t know what we gonna do for weekend. It’s up to my husband. We have our weekend routine, on Saturdays: dinner at the restaurant, rent some movies and go home while on Sundays we go grocery shopping and sometimes have dinner at the restaurant. Some people may think that our life is pretty boring but we both like it or may be we’re both boring. LOL

MY VOICE!

I’m so glad I’ve got my voice back. Since last Friday, I lost my voice. I really don’t know why. I woke up last Friday morning and felt that my throat hurt a little bit. But I did not mind it. Later that day I sounded funny every time I talked. It gotten worst the next few days. I did not take any meds for it. It did not hurt when I talk anyway. And I'm not sure if there is medicine for it. It made me tired every time I tried to make my voice louder. I realized how hard it is to lose your voice, especially when I’m at work talking to kids all the time. It was no fun at all. But I’m glad everything is back to almost normal now.

TIRED!

Oh! I’m still tired. I’ve been catching cold from my kids.
It’s been two weeks that I’m coughing. I don’t want to go to work tomorrow and get some rest instead. I got back pain, joint pain and headache from working so hard. I take meds and drink a lot of water. At least this will help me. It’s really hard if your family is depending on you. You have to keep going even if you are so tired. I can’t afford to lose even a day at work. One day is already something. May be I just have to slow down a little bit.
